• Insulation: Provided with Class ‘H’ or Class ‘C’ insulation as per customer requirements, ensuring durability under high temperatures.

Safety & Protection:

• Fitted with surge suppressors in the terminal box to protect against voltage surges caused by accidental snapping of supply cables or connections.

Recommended Safety Practices:

1. Maintain the supplied voltage at 220 VDC or 110 VDC as per the specification.
2. Ensure a 50% CDF (Continuous Duty Factor): Operate for 5 minutes ON and 5 minutes OFF to prevent overheating.
3. Avoid using the magnet to push raw materials into hot furnaces.
4. For enhanced safety and performance, use a control panel with a duty cycle monitor and alarm, ensuring the CDF is maintained at 50%.
