Mr. Rajesh Bahadur Mathur, the Founder of KAKKU E & P Control Pvt. Ltd., is a visionary leader and accomplished Electrical Engineer who established the company in 1968. An alumnus of BITS Pilani (B.E. Electrical, 1967), he combined strong technical expertise with a forward-thinking entrepreneurial spirit.
Driven by a commitment to indigenous development and industrial self-sufficiency, Mr. Mathur envisioned and built solutions that supported India’s core industries through import substitution—long before it became a national focus.
The brand “KAKKU”, inspired by his nickname, grew under his guidance into a trusted name synonymous with quality, durability, and precision. His enduring legacy continues to shape the company’s values, guiding its pursuit of excellence and customer trust across generations.
Mr. Sumeet Bahadur
Director (CA, ICWA, Fellow CPA)
Mr. Sumeet Bahadur, Director of KAKKU E & P Control Pvt. Ltd., brings over 30 years of extensive experience in the field of industrial engineering and business operations. His deep understanding of both the technical and financial dimensions of the industry has been instrumental in driving the company’s sustained growth and operational excellence.
He is a highly accomplished finance professional, holding qualifications as a Chartered Accountant, ICWA, and a Fellow CPA from Australia. This strong financial acumen, combined with his strategic insight, enables him to guide the organization with clarity, discipline, and long-term vision.

Director (BBA)
